Flexspace Bolton is excited to welcome one of its newest occupiers, Dynamic Reformer Studio, who have recently moved into Unit 58 and transformed one of our workshop spaces into a calming, modern and uplifting Reformer Pilates studio. Their arrival brings something completely new to the business park, and we’re delighted to shine a light on the business, their mission, and the incredible work they do.
Over the past few years, Reformer Pilates has experienced a huge surge in popularity across the UK, praised for its ability to strengthen the body, improve mobility, and support overall wellbeing. Dynamic Reformer Studio has embraced this growing movement and created a space where Pilates principles meet accessible, enjoyable training tailored for every body. Whether someone is a complete beginner, a returning exerciser, or a seasoned fitness professional, the studio offers a supportive environment where movement feels good, achievable and empowering.
“Transforming a workshop into a calming Reformer Pilates studio was much easier than we expected. The space at Flexspace Bolton is incredibly versatile, giving us the freedom to create a modern, welcoming layout that’s perfectly suited to our classes. The Flexspace team have been friendly, supportive and genuinely invested in our success, moving in and getting set up felt seamless, and we’ve felt at home here ever since”
Transforming a Flexspace Workshop into a Serene Pilates Haven
One of the most inspiring parts of their story is the transformation of Unit 58. What began as a blank, industrial-style workshop space has been thoughtfully redesigned into a bright, calming and contemporary studio environment. With clean lines, soft tones, and an atmosphere that encourages relaxation and focus, Dynamic Reformer Studio has shown exactly how adaptable our Flexspace units can be.
Workshops are often chosen for light industrial or creative businesses, but the studio’s fit-out proves they can just as effectively be turned into wellbeing and fitness spaces. The high ceilings, open layout and private entrance created the perfect foundation for the business to build a welcoming customer experience, one that feels personal, peaceful and purposefully different from a typical gym setting.
Commercial property gives businesses a professional, dedicated space that can be tailored to their needs, from offices and retail to creative or light industrial use. It offers greater credibility, easier customer access and room to scale, providing a stable foundation for long-term growth and success.
What Makes Dynamic Reformer Studio Unique?
Dynamic Reformer Studio takes a modern approach to Pilates: classes follow traditional principles, but with a contemporary twist. Sessions are designed to be more than just a workout. Every class aims to help clients move in ways that support long-term strength, stability and mobility, especially for people who spend long hours at desks, commute regularly or want to feel more confident and connected to their bodies.
- Their approach is refreshingly simple:
- Accessible for all levels
- Adaptable to individual needs
- Fun, engaging and non-intimidating
- Focused on movement that feels good and supports everyday life
Classes run at convenient times including lunchtimes, evenings and weekends, making the studio ideal for professionals working within Flexspace Bolton or the surrounding area. The team is also open to hearing from nearby workers who might need sessions that better suit their work schedules.
A Warm Welcome Offer
To celebrate their opening, Dynamic Reformer Studio is offering £10 Reformer sessions (45 minutes) for new clients. The offer is available until 31st December 2025, using discount code Intro when booking through their online timetable.
