Is a deposit required?
Yes, we charge an upfront deposit, which is usually 2.5 times the monthly rent.
Is on-site parking available?
Free parking is available at all sites, on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not allocate parking and may restrict the number and type of vehicles you can park on-site.
When can I access my unit?
How is the rent paid?
Rent collections are usually monthly in advance. When signing your Agreement, you will be asked to complete a Direct Debit form. Rent collections are on the first working day of each month.
Are Business Rates included?
Flexspace Occupiers are responsible for payment of Business Rates but most of our units qualify for Small Business Rates Relief (Scotland: Small Business Bonus Scheme) so you may not have to pay Business Rates. Please refer to the relevant Government website for details.

Is furniture provided?
Speak to your Centre Manager who will be able to advise. We usually provide desks and chairs for office users, at no extra cost.
Can I make alteration to my unit?
Alterations to units are not permitted without the express consent of Flexspace. Major alterations are generally not permitted, but alterations are considered on a case-by-case basis. Should you wish to carry out any alterations including decoration, partitioning, installation of alarms and CCTV systems, or any change to the electrical installation, you must contact your Centre Manager before any work commences.
